Enquiries happen by phone call, email, or WhatsApp message — all started by you, not through a form that stores data on this website. Depending on how you get in touch, that might mean sharing a name, phone number, email address, a job address, and any photos or details you choose to send about the work.
That information is used for exactly what you'd expect: replying to your enquiry, working out a quote, arranging and carrying out the job, and keeping the basic records a small business needs to keep for accounting and tax purposes. It isn't sold, and it isn't passed on to anyone for marketing.
